Tarek was born and raised in Lubbock. He has worked in the industrial and agricultural equipment industry for the last 14 years.  Uptime opened our doors on September 1, 2021.  He purchased the business from a customer of his when he worked with Wylie Manufacturing.  He always thought it would be awesome to own a rental company because you get to rent, sell AND buy equipment. He enjoys learning about the equipment and construction world daily, how diverse techniques and equipment needs are as well as the ins-and-outs in order to help customers stay ahead of the curve. He hopes to build a long lasting business here in West Texas and be your trusted call for your next equipment rental or purchase.  When downtime is your problem, Uptime is your solution!

Andrea Weller is the office administrator at Uptime Rentals. A native of West Texas, she was born and raised south of Midland. She is married with 2 daughters and two grandchildren. Over the last 20 years, Andrea has provided office support for various businesses in Lubbock, notably Cox Cable and Varsity Bookstore.
